Have you ever experienced doing a certain thing and then you got good at it, but after some time you stop and you’re back to square one? Yes it does happen; so as to self improvement. You must not stop! Being constant is hard to do. It takes a lot of discipline, but it’s for our own good. Even though I finished reading my books or listening to audio materials, I see to it that it is embedded in my mind. I keep rereading my books or re listening to the audio materials. Treat it as if it a part of you. If you would like to cook, do cooking. If you would like to surf, do surfing. Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle. Have regular exercise and good diet. Exercise the mind. Read books and travel. Converse with people. You never know what joy you could have in talking. In the end, you will no longer cook nor you will no longer surf; the art itself will take over your body leading you to perfection. Repetition is the mother of success P.S.
